For the love of god, don’t complain about your job given the current state of the economy. Not only do I hate people who complain like complaining is a CHRONIC ILLNESS, but you don’t realize just how fucking stupid you sound.

If you have a job, hold on to it as long as you can. I don’t care how shitty it is. How would you feel if tomorrow you walked in to work only to be called in to the office and told, “We’re trying to save money so that means you get the axe. Here’s a check that you can live off of for maybe 2 months. Gather all your shit, you will now be escorted out of the building.” Now I’m sure some of you are like “That would be awesome!”, but the reality is princess, good luck finiding another one. Do you know how little is being offered right now? Do you know just how many god damn people are looking for work?

You better hope you can stand out from the crowd or you won’t have a chance in hell. Honestly, you’d have a better chance of keeping a job at McDonalds, cause people are always gonna eat cheap shitty food when they have jack all for cash.

Sure my job isn’t glamorous and I’m sure everyone would rather be on permanent vacation (check out some of the people on welfare….) but right now I’m just glad that I’m employed. GLAD.

Oh and by the way - I outright REFUSE to call it the “Global Economic Crisis”, fuck off.

Afterthought: For anyone who instantly thought “welfare!”, I have no words left to express my disdain.

I was just thinking today that I hate my job and need to get out. I would be SO STUPID to do that but I think it’s just human nature to complain about the job we have, no matter the situation.
